Caldaia Studio

Every heating project, run end to end.

For heating installation firms and heating design bureaus, the whole project in one place: the request, heat loss room by room, a scheme on real products, the hydraulic calculations and a BIM model of the house. The estimate, the proposal with your logo and the commissioning protocols come from the same project, with your company’s prices, team and calendar behind it, through to service.

02Working prototype

YUBIM

One engineering model. Every check and deliverable from it.

YUBIM is BIM for engineers, in a browser: structure, heating, ventilation, plumbing and electrical in one model, checked against the national norms of the country you work in. The drawings, the estimate and an as-built, time-phased carbon layer come from the same model, so nothing is drawn twice or typed in again.

03Pilot

MALVA

Orders, materials, machines and people on one plan.

MALVA plans production and procurement in one place: each accepted order becomes work on a machine, with the materials it needs ready before the work begins, so the order is delivered on time. The planner stays in control, and the shop floor reports progress straight into the plan.

DATUM

The design stage, planned deliverable by deliverable.

DATUM is the design half of KUZUB OS. It plans the deliverables, gates and revisions of the design stage, natively in YUBIM and through plugins in Revit, Tekla and Archicad. What the design stage decides in DATUM is what CONSYST builds on site.

CONSYST

A programme with dates you can rely on.

CONSYST is the construction half of KUZUB OS. It plans work, resources and progress down to the next shift, so every date is one the whole project can rely on.

OWL

Every construction task, described once and open to all.

OWL is an open library of construction work: what a task is, what it needs, how long it takes, and under which norm. Licensed CC BY 4.0, it feeds Caldaia Studio, YUBIM and KUZUB OS.

Our founder trained as a civil engineer in Kharkiv, where OLE-PRO Ukraine is the first partner factory for MALVA. The rebuilding of Ukraine will be one of the largest construction programmes of our time, and it deserves software built to the standard of its engineers.
