01Who we are
KUZUB LTD is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. We are a private limited company registered in Scotland, company number SC890997, with a registered office at Suite 2/3, 48 West George Street, Glasgow G2 1BP.
Anything about this notice can be sent to hello@kuzub.co.uk.
02What we collect
The personal data this site asks you for is collected only through its two forms, and only what you type into them. Like any website, the site’s host also processes your IP address and the details of each request in order to deliver and protect the site.
The contact form: your name, your company if you give one, your email address, the interest you select and your message.
The talent-network form on the Careers page: your name, your email address, the area of work you choose, a link to your portfolio or profile if you give one, and your message.
Please do not send us information about your health, ethnic origin, religion or beliefs, or any other special category of personal data. We do not need it, and we do not ask for it.
There is no account, no login and no profile. We do not buy data about you and we do not follow you across other websites.
When you send either form, we also process your IP address for a short period, to stop automated abuse. It is held only in the memory of the server that receives the form, is not stored with your message and is not used to identify you.
03Why we use it and on what basis
Contact form. We use your message to answer you and, where you ask for one, to prepare an offer or an agreement. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, being our interest in replying to enquiries about our products and yours in getting an answer. Where you ask us for an offer, the basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Talent network. We use your details only for recruitment: to consider you for roles at KUZUB LTD and to write to you when a role may fit. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. Without that tick the form is not sent.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hello@kuzub.co.uk. We then delete your talent-network details. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did with your details before you withdrew it.
No decision about you is made by automated means alone, on either form.
04Who processes it for us
Resend delivers the email from either form to our mailbox, which Zoho hosts; messages are kept there for the periods set out below. Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site and, only if you allow analytics, provides Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and loading times; Cloudflare states that it does not collect or use visitors’ personal data.
All three act as processors on our instructions only, and none is given your data for its own purposes. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
Resend and Cloudflare process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Those transfers rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, which each provider incorporates in its data processing terms. Zoho keeps our mailbox in its data centre in the European Union, which UK law recognises as providing adequate protection.
06How long we keep it
Enquiries sent through the contact form are kept for 12 months from your last message, then deleted, unless the exchange has become part of a contract or another record we are required by law to keep.
Talent-network details are kept for 12 months from the day you send them, then deleted. If you withdraw your consent sooner, we delete them when you ask.
07Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, object to our use of it, and ask for it in a portable form. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Write to hello@kuzub.co.uk and we will answer within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk.
08Changes to this notice
If we change how this site handles personal data, we update this page and the date at the top of it.
