KUZUB LTD builds software for companies and specialists, from design and construction to manufacturing: Caldaia Studio for heating projects, YUBIM for BIM on the web, MALVA for production and procurement planning, and KUZUB OS for planning and running construction. The company is registered in Scotland and headquartered in Glasgow.

Who founded KUZUB?

Yurii Kuzub, founder and director, is a civil engineer. He holds a master’s degree in Construction and Civil Engineering, awarded with distinction, from O. M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv, and is reading for an MEng in Civil Engineering with Architecture at the University of Glasgow.

What is Caldaia Studio?

Caldaia Studio is the cloud MEP workspace for installers and engineers. For heating installation firms and heating design bureaus, the whole project in one place: the request, heat loss room by room, a scheme on real products, the hydraulic calculations and a BIM model of the house. The estimate, the proposal with your logo and the commissioning protocols come from the same project, with your company’s prices, team and calendar behind it, through to service. It is live, available in 47 countries and 35 languages, with a catalogue of 9,000+ items from 50+ brands.

What is YUBIM?

YUBIM is BIM for engineers, in a browser: structure, heating, ventilation, plumbing and electrical in one model, checked against the national norms of the country you work in. The drawings, the estimate and an as-built, time-phased carbon layer come from the same model, so nothing is drawn twice or typed in again. It is a working prototype, and early access is on request.

What is MALVA?

MALVA is the KUZUB product for production and procurement planning: orders, materials, machines and people on one schedule, so orders are delivered on time, with the planner in control and the shop floor reporting into the plan. It is in pilot at OLE-PRO Ukraine in Kharkiv, its first partner factory.

What is KUZUB OS?

KUZUB OS is two products that work as one: DATUM for the design stage and CONSYST for the construction site, so the site builds from exactly what design decided. Status: Enterprise pilots 2027.

What are DATUM and CONSYST?

DATUM is the design half of KUZUB OS. It plans the design stage as deliverables, gates and revisions, and hands CONSYST exactly what design decided. CONSYST is the construction half of KUZUB OS. It plans work, resources and progress down to the next shift, with dates the whole project can rely on.

What is OWL?

OWL, the Open Work Library, is an open library of construction work: what a task is, what it needs, how long it takes, and under which norm. It feeds Caldaia Studio, YUBIM and KUZUB OS. It is an open standard in draft and is not published yet.

Are all KUZUB products available today?

Every KUZUB product is in active development, fully or partially. Some of what we describe is not yet available to every user. Live today: Caldaia Studio. Not live yet: YUBIM (working prototype), MALVA (pilot), DATUM (enterprise pilots 2027), CONSYST (enterprise pilots 2027), OWL (open standard, draft).
