YUBIM is BIM for engineers, in a browser. Structure, heating, ventilation, plumbing and electrical live in one engineering model, checked against the national norms of the country you choose, and the drawings, the estimate and the carbon come from that same model. There is nothing to install and no workstation to buy.

YUBIM
Every discipline is checked while you model: beams and slabs against the Eurocodes, U-values against the energy rules, heat loss, airflow and circuits against their standards, with the norms of the country you choose.
Structure, heating, ventilation, plumbing and electrical in one model that opens in a browser on any computer, so a practice needs no workstation to join a project.
Plans, sections and sheets are issued from the model and the estimate is counted from it, so a change in the model is a change in every deliverable.
Embodied carbon is recorded element by element, as built and when it was built, and exported to the assessment tools a practice already uses.
Borehole logs become ground layers in the model, so excavation volumes, cost and programme follow from the ground itself, not from a separate report.
Bar schedules and a draft of the designer’s risk register are prepared from the model for the engineer to review and sign, and timber is checked for the moisture and the loads it will meet in service.
A junior engineer produces a design the senior would sign, because the knowledge lives in the tool.
YUBIM
YUBIM is built to the KUZUB standard: every figure traced to its source and every change on record. It began inside the Caldaia Studio editor, and it is the native place to run the design stage of KUZUB OS.
