Caldaia Studio
Start from the client, the address and the rooms. Heat loss room by room to EN 12831, and a scheme drawn from real products from manufacturer catalogues, with their technical data and prices.
Pipes, mixing valves, pump groups, manifolds and hydraulic separators sized from the scheme, to EN 12828 for the system and EN 60534 for the control valves, and calculators for the questions that need an answer on their own.
The same project as a 3D model of the house, with the heat source, the emitters in every room and the underfloor loops, on the same catalogue and the same calculations.
The estimate and its works come from the scheme and the model, in any currency. The proposal carries your logo and goes out as a PDF, an Excel file or a link the client opens.
Pressure test and commissioning protocols, the hydraulic balancing report, and the service record that keeps the system looked after long after handover.
Your own prices, suppliers and works, your team, your documents, files with a viewer and a calendar of your jobs, beside every project.
